Hi,
"Look at the OpenCmsTestcase" is a very good hint.
If you also need a Mock CmsJspActionElement with Mock ServletRequest and
CmsFlexController, look at the library:

APSHOT/
At the moment there is only a SNAPSHOT release:

The first beta will coming very soon.

It works, I just do not have the code any more (wrote it at a customer's
office). So nowadays you may create mocks by annotations.
