[opencms-dev] OpenCMS version 7.5.2 : IE8 and "direct edit" issue

Hi List,

I have a little problem with OpenCMS version 7.5.2 and the “direct edit” function and IE8.

It seems that the button to “direct edit” is not always displayed.

At the first display of the page, the button is present, there is no javascript error.
If I hit “F5” or if I get back to the page afterwards, I have a javascript error and no “direct edit” button (see screenshot in attachment).
I tried with AND without “compatibility mode” but it did not change anything…


It is said here (http://bugzilla.opencms.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1728) that a similar issue has been fixed in version 7.5.0, but I am still experiencing a similar problem in version 7.5.2


Any help appreciated…
