[opencms-dev] Multilanguage Workplace Offline Search

Hello all, 

 

I've got a problem with the Workplace Search from OpenCMS and I hope
someone can help me.

 

We're using OpenCMS 7.5.2 and store on XML-Contents based articles in
different languages, 'en', 'de', 'fr', and 'it'. 

Now when you're using the OpenCMS-Workplace Offline search, you're
getting only one, not changeable Workspace Offline Index for one
language (default = en) offered. So in that case all found results will
be only in English, but German, French and Italian articles won't be
included and ignored.

 

Our effort is to have a Multilanguage Workplace Offline Search, but I
could not make out an option to change the Offline Workplace
Search-index for the individual logged in User. I tried to resolve that
over the "opencms-workplace.xml", but when I added multiple additional
offline search-indexes into the "<workplace-search>" tag, which I've
configured and indexed in the Search Administration before, OpenCMS is
not longer able to read the configuration at startup and fails.

 

Can someone help me please?
