[opencms-dev] Setting up workflow2

I have just installed the workflow2 modules and am following brief 
instructions in the readme on how to set it up.  It says to create three 
projects one of them being a project called Authoring which is to be the 
Default offline project.  How do I do that?  Is there a way to rename the 
default offline project to this?
