[opencms-dev] Struts Tiles Integration

Hi Steve,

yes, I think that'll work.
Since we're actually starting a new project, it shouldn't be that hard to
replace tiles with the corresponding OpenCMS functionality.
IMHO the hardest part will then be to get our team used to the cms tags, but
that would be necessary anyways.
