[opencms-dev] Adding taglib jar to site

I have created a jar that has a taglib in it with the tld.  I uploaded the 
jar to the lib directory in my module for my site.  When I try to access a 
page using this tag I get the message  "The absolute uri: 
http://www.aessuccess.org/tags/aesopencms.tld cannot be resolved in either 
web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application".

Should this work?
