[opencms-dev] Adding taglib jar to site

I didn't put the tld in the META-INF folder.  Did that and restarted 
tomcat.  It works great now.

Yes, this works. Did you put the tld in the META-INF folder of the jar?
Is the URL you pasted above the same as declared in the tld?
