In your example, it seems to me you have more than 3 steps: generation -
approval - validation (by the generator) - validation - publish. Kind of a
two approvals workflow.
Not sure if you can accomplish that with our 'three step' workflow. Here's
what you can do.
You have users or groups belonging to a workflow stage (custom if you want):
- stage 1: content generation
- stage 2: content approval
- stage 3: content publishing
A user can be a part of stage 1 and 3, so you can 'circle' a document. On
each stage, a content can be approved or rejected with comments.
