Hello Achim,

no, that is not what I meant.
There is a large white space between the upper border the content to be
displayed. This occurs only for users without write permission.
I am clueless, how this can happen, because it seems, that the page is only
two column för admins and editors (with write permission) but three column
for users with only read-permission.

I am not sure whether the jsp-code wouls help, because it works fine for
users with write permissions. When I change the editable to false in the
following line
"<cms:contentload collector="singleFile" param="%(opencms.uri)"
editable="auto">"
the layout changes to 3 column and if the page gets narrower due to small
screen-resolution the content steps down like this:

I could send the jsp-code, but this does not occur with editable=auto /
true and user with write permission (b.t.w.: the control-box is then
displayed by "<c:if >- tag):

Best regards

Frank

Hi Frank,

I don't think you'll get an answer here. Your screenshots show some
custom frontend. BTW: Perhaps this works as designed. The upper control
box is missing to prevent plain users from changing user permissions?

cheers,

Achim
