[opencms-dev] new build of JPA driver for OpenCms 7.5.3

This build fix 2 bugs
  - bug in CmsVfsDriver.readResourcesWithProperty() method - thanks to 
jagger79 at sf.net
  - OOM exception when a big module is deleted

For old 7.5.3 installation just replace opencms.jar in WEB-INF/lib 
directory.
