This is no real problem.
This error is thrown when the list of resources in the OpenCms Workplace 
Explorer is created.
During this process, checks all resources in the currently displayed 
folder and extracts the user who created this resources.
If the user, who created the resource does not exist any more, the 
system cannot access this user any more of course, and this error is 
written in the logfile.
In such a case, you won't see the user name in the explorer list, but 
its unique ID.

I must admit that it would be better if this would not cause an error 
output, but a warning or just an info message instead.
