If you use the OpenCms Database Export and Import, you can move content 
from OpenCms 6.2.x to 7.5.3. OpenCms will do all the required conversions.

It is NOT possible to to this by using export and import functions on 
your database, because the database structure has changed form OpenCms 6 
to 7.
