[opencms-dev] How to cause the HTML editor to set the text direction to right-to-left?

Dear list,

it is an old topic (I found an old email written by Christian Steinert), 
but I still can't find an answer...

Did anybody implement a  right-to-left (rtl) localization (for locales 
like arabic) which requires content editors to write rtl content text 
using FCK-editor?

The problem is that it's going to be a multi-language website, so I 
would only want this changed for locales like arabic, that really  
require rtl.
