[opencms-dev] Tomcat7 support

We don't have it running in production yet but have tested it. OpenCms
itself is running fine but there is one thing you might need to change
depending on your setup: the emptySessionPath attribute of the
connectors doesn't exist anymore. Unfortunately Tomcat still starts with
having it set but it just doesn't work.

Currently I can't find the section in the changelog but this is what
needs to be changed:
