[opencms-dev] Alkacon Software launches OpenCms 7.5.4

Hernan,

issue #1900 addresses the internal caching of xsd schema files. This 
cache was always purged when something was published. The fix is that it 
is now only purged if a xsd file was published.

So this has nothing to do with the flex cache, this one has not changed.
