[opencms-dev] Info about managing users and groups permissions

Hi
I have some problem in organizating groups and organization units.
I have 10 sites on the same opencms instance. So I need to create 10 groups, 1 for every sites, in order to let users in every group manage contents only in their sites. And I would like the users of every groups see only the folder of their site and not the other.
Can you explain me how to proceed please? I need to know how to create groups, organization units and how to set permissions
