You have to understand that there is no "original resource" of a 
sibling. If you have two siblings, both are of the same "value", there 
is no "original" and no "copy". Both are equal.

You could think about restricting the search of certain folders (if the 
siblings are stored in different folders) or you have to build up a list 
of already displayed resources in your search result page "by hand" and 
check if the search results to be displayed are siblings of other files. 
But keep in mind that this will definitely decrease the performance of 
your search.
