[opencms-dev] OpenCms PosgreSQL compatibility

Hi Vincent.

There are not known issues for OpenCms 7.5.4  and PostgreSQL 8.4.
OpenCms 7.5.4 passes the test org.opencms.file.AllTests so all seems ok.
