Does anyone have a recipe for how to get the absolute URL to an exported downscaled image?

For example

Original image URL:
http://www.mysite.com/opencms/export/sites/mysite/images/NP016729.JPG

Downscaled exported image: http://www.mysite.com/opencms/export/sites/mysite/images/NP016729.JPG_209734234.jpg
