[opencms-dev] opencms backups

Hi folks,

I would like to set up a cron job that will make a backup of my OpenCMS installation at midnight. I want backups for the last seven days. As the data do not reside in the file system I can't just make a TGZ of everything and copy it to some backup directory, presumably with the suitably formatted output of "date" appended to the file name.

What is the best way of going about this?
