[opencms-dev] Unable to install Opencms 8

I did but still does not work. I also unjar the opencms war file and it does not contain those templatetwo and etc files.

Hi Peter,

try to delete the contents of the tomcat work folder and run the setup again. This kind of error can occur, if you had a previous opencms version installed in the same servlet container.
