[opencms-dev] Open CMS 8 Upgrade Problem

Hello Dawn,
try
http://localhost:8080/applicaitonname/update/
this should start the updater.
And before updating, please check if the Admin user has non default
settings for the upload-applet as I wrote in some other postes.
