[opencms-dev] Prevent copying files

Hi,

You can easily prevent the copying from files in general. Thereto, you 
have to remove the following line for the accordant resource types in 
the WEB-INF/config/opencms-workplace.xml:

<entry key="GUI_EXPLORER_CONTEXT_COPY_0" uri="commons/copy.jsp" 
rule="copy"/>
