[opencms-dev] why my offline project of opencms8 can not direct edit at the front page

hi, I have a question.


my offline project of opencms8 can not direct edit at the front page. 
I have writen the <cms:editable /> tag in the template of 
"/system/modules/com.alkacon.opencms.v8.template3/templates/main.jsp" and "/system/modules/com.alkacon.opencms.v8.news/elements/detail.jsp" 


why the front page in the offline didn't have the eye icon to direct edit.
