[opencms-dev] Disable ADE for Template

Hi Patric,

thanks for your answer!

The point is that I want to be able to use containerpages as I really like the basic concept behind these elements. And I thinkt that the javascript errors have to do something with containerpages...

Best regards
Andreas

Hey Andreas,

if I remove ADE-feature from my Template, I currently get no errors (and no way to edit the page).

You want to create your pages without ADE, so it would probably be best not to use the template 3 as a foundation, right?

Greetings, Patric

Hi,

I've got a simple question with a difficult answer - how can I disable ADE for my template or all users?

When I remove the <cms:enable-ade /> tag from my main.jsp, I get a lot of errors saying "org_opencms_ade_containerpage_containers is not defined"

Is there any simple solution?

Thanks a lot,
Andreas
