I am quite certain that this is database related. Which DB are you using? Please include precise version info.

Hi,
could you explain step by step what you do to produce this error?
I have tried to reproduce it, but it works for me. I have created a folder 'New' with a file 'index.html' and published both. Than I renamed the folder to 'new'. At this point '/New/index.html' is still accessible online, once I publish both only '/new/index.html' is accessible online.
