If you have mysql on ah linux system normaly this is not ah problem
Mysql on Windows gives problems you have to edit my.ini to make the system
casesensitive
Maybe this is the faliure i had many problems with this things in the past

Subject: Re: [opencms-dev] Critical bug in all version OpenCms
Hi,
could you explain step by step what you do to produce this error?
I have tried to reproduce it, but it works for me. I have created a folder
'New' with a file 'index.html' and published both. Than I renamed the folder
to 'new'. At this point '/New/index.html' is still accessible online, once I
publish both only '/new/index.html' is accessible online.
Greetings, Tobias
