[opencms-dev] Is /system/galleries no longer used?

Hi there,

 

I added some galleries to:

 

/system/galleries/pics

 

in OpenCms 8. While you can see the gallery in the list in the image gallery
widget, it is not possible to see the images in that gallery. I figured this
is probably because the search scope under the advanced tab in the gallery
widget. There is no option to include the system folders in the search.

 

Is this a bug or should all galleries now be located within the site content
structure? In other words it is no longer possible to use /system/galleries?
