Hi Julien,

it should be possible to change the collation on a database level, but I don't know anything about the failure rate of this operation. You should in any case make a backup of your tables before you try it.

And you are right, we somehow introduced  this bug for version 8 into out database setup script. In versions 7.5.x the script was still all-right. I will fix that for the next releases.
