Yes, the "bug" appears when we raname a folder from "Xxx" to "xxx" for example with Case Insensitive collation.
I think there is no risk changing the collation from CI to CS but right now, I do not really feel like pushing the button ^^

Hi Georgi,
the change does not effect the data within the database. The problem comes with case insensitive string comparison. Within the slightly delicate rename/move operation case sensitivity is very important.
