[opencms-dev] No modules to choose in the setup process

hello, 

It seems that you are creating war file from wrong build.xml
file. there are 2 build.xl files. 

you have to create war file from
build.xml which is present in modules folder..

Everything went succesful but i didn't had any modules to choose form
in the setup wizard and now opecms/login gives a blank page.
