I'm glad it worked out for you... I looked a little deeper at the issue but it works fine on Windows. I saw that NB uses the jsp-impl-2.2.1 for parsing and validating those files so it will take a considerably longer time than normal to find and implement a fix.

and update on the NB parsing problem with the hope it can help someone. The
parse-reporting config for this rule:
Tools -> Options -> Editor -> Hints -> HTML -> Attributes
@Isaac: you were right. the last NB night-build has a hint where to
configure this validation, so I finally could find it!
