I have a similar concern!
I would like to use the old type of templates, but with the ADE-Sitemap. The site map is for me one of the best new features in OpenCMS8!

@Alkacon: Is there an actual place for feature request?

Would it be possible to activate xmlcontent type viewer page model in Sitemap ADE tools, but deactivate the possibility to create new / insert content of this type into page containers?
In order to have only the possibility to see this type of content through details viewer page?

I'm on OpenCms 8.0.4.
