What exactly do you mean? You would like to use the API or not?

For the former, try
- CmsObject.writeResource(CmsResource resource)
- CmsObject.readResources(String resourcename, CmsResourceFilter filter)
- CmsObject.deleteResource(String resourcename, 
CmsResource.CmsResourceDeleteMode siblingMode)
