[opencms-dev] Maybe this coud be a bug - CMS:IMG does not resize this image

Hi All,

I'm implementing a page that shows all image in a folder. Some images are
not resized although they are called by the same cms:img tag. 

this is one of the images not resized.

This is the address I'm calling to resize it:

Could somebody confirm this is a bug?
