[opencms-dev] OpenCms 8.5 installation without template3 installs v8 Alkacon modules

Hi list,
when installing OpenCms 8.5 without the Demo-Modules there are some Alkacon V8 modules installed.
The only content of these modules is a workplace_ru.properties and sometimes a messages_ru.properties file.

Can anybody tell, if those modules are necessary, and when, what for.
