[opencms-dev] OpenCMS and decoupled content management

I heard that OpenCMS is integrated with create.js or VIE.    Is there any documentation on this integration?
How does OpenCMS implement decoupled CMS?

Do the client pages in a ruby application have to migrate to the CMS?
