[opencms-dev] Encryption of database user/password in OpenCms properties

Hi Adam

I recently got asked this from a client of ours. It it not supported by
OpenCms out of the box, neither is using a jndi data source.
So it needs to be implemented from scratch. I guess just a couple of hours,
not more.
Using any if the standard crypto algorithm.
