[opencms-dev] Custom XmlContent Widget in 8.5.1

Hi Sandrine,

you posted the question below in April - how to use your own custom widget
in 8.5.1.
Did you get any further? I am also having the same question right now.

I am especially wondering where the custom widgets should be added to the
configuration. The mechanism that I used to use in OpenCms7 does not seem
to work anymore, I added my custom widget in the opencms-vfs.xml
configuration, but getDialogWidget() is ignored.

Do you know how should I create my custom xmlcontent Widget in OpenCms
8.5.1 ?


I tried to create a class extending an existing A_CmsWidget, but the public
String getDialogWidget(CmsObject cms, I_CmsWidgetDialog widgetDialog,
I_CmsWidgetParameter param) is not readen.


It seems it’s linked to gwt classes and I don’t know how to add my classes
to this.
