[opencms-dev] Preserve resource state when exporting and importing database

Hi Paul,

not quite sure if this will help you, but you can make two exports one 
with using the option "Modified in Project" and one without. Then first 
import the export all resource, publish and then export the "Modified in 
Project" export and do not publish. Maybe this will do the trick for 
you, even the effective states are going to be lost. ;-)
