Hello Umar,

- indexing in offline donĀ“t need pusblishing (online need it)

- for the reccuring auto publishing you need to develop some
function and set Schedule job in the Administration (i think so); in the
OpenCms is just one-off auto publishing when you can set one date/time when
the file will be published

- you can use new OpenCms function which allow map OpenCms virtual
file system like a remote network drive (for more information look here:
http://www.slideshare.net/AlkaconOpenCms/opencmsdays-2013-using-opencms-9-folders-as-a-network-drive
)

- some documentation is here:

o http://www.opencms.org/en/download/documentation.html

o http://www.opencms-wiki.org/wiki/Main_Page

The problem is some documents may be little out dated but i think you can
find there many answers.

Hello Filip,

Good to hear from you. Thanks for your reply yes it worked for me as well
now, after I published the documents.
and I need to ask few more things.

How do i allow every document in the folder to publish itself by
default(Off-line project)?
and secondly Is there any mechanism that I could just specify the path of
files in my local machine so that files get uploaded to OpenCms?
and also any good documentation available for OpenCms?
