[opencms-dev] Error when creating sub-sitemap

Ok, I never really used the sitemap-feature much. You it works, when first
creating a folder and then using the create sub-sitemap button on that
folder turns it into a sub-sitemap. Otherwhise you get the error, which made
me think something is wrong.
