[opencms-dev] workflow

Hello List,
In the OpenCms features it says that there is an online/offline workflow, I
have been checking the source code and conf files and it seems that there
are some configuration paramenters and some classes that implement the
workflow. None-the-less I have not seen any documentation on this issue.
How does it have to be configured.
