I configure:
set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS%  -Xmx1024m -Xms1024m -Xmn512m -XX:PermSize=512M
-XX:+UseParallelGC -XX:ParallelGCThreads=20 -XX:+AggressiveOpts
