[opencms-dev] No detail page

Hi Neil, 

detail pages are configured in the sitemap configuration (a VFS file named ".config", usually inside the .content folder). Go to the OpenCms explorer interface, edit the .config file. Detail pages are configured on the last tab. If you don't have a .config file yet, you'll have to create a new one (New > Other options > Sitemap configuration).

Hi all,

In version 8, I am trying to create a news item page, but how do I assign a folder from .content to my page? I've done it before but can't remember.

At the moment when I open my individual news stories to view them in the browser, I get this error message:

This element can not be displayed correctly because there is no detail page configured for this type. Please create a type detail page for this type in the sitemap editor.

Any help much appreciated!
