[opencms-dev] resources under /opencms/export/ instead of /export/ and other issues with the latest release

How do your rendersettings look like in opencms-importexport.xml?

e.g.

    <rendersettings>
      <rfs-prefix>${CONTEXT_NAME}/export</rfs-prefix>
      <vfs-prefix></vfs-prefix>
