[opencms-dev] resources under /opencms/export/ instead of /export/ and other issues with the latest release

Hi Manfred,

with OpenCms 9.0.1 and tomcat 7 you shall use those settings as described
on that page mentioned before (your setting for OpenCms 7.x won't work
anymore).
If you want to force ssl, you might want to use only <VirtualHost
<your-ip>:443> section in the 000-default vhost with your own ip which is
provided on that page.
