[opencms-dev] change default url

Michel,

you've to install apache webserver and use either mod_proxy and mod_rewrite
w/ or w/o mod_jk to suppress opencms.

By the way it would be better to install opencms as opencms and not as ROOT
webapp, unless you've to adapt the instructions above.
