[opencms-dev] CSS files only avaiable in offline project

Do you have an Apache in front of your servlet container? There might be an
error in your configuration there.
What servlet container are you using? The export folder must be served
directly by your webserver or servlet container. When using the static
export for resources, OpenCms writes the files into the folder in the
filesystem from where they must be served by either your web server or
servlet container.
As a quick fix you could set the export property on your resources folder in
your module to false, but this is not a good option for a productiion
environment.
