[opencms-dev] Back end admin functions try to use real file system JSP

damn, you're right. I have no clue how this happened, but there were 
some parts now from root user. Which explains the behaviour, I should 
have seen myself. There was some re-configuration yesterday, but what 
has caused this, I'm still curious.
